Meet Kathleen,

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia. I am passionate about building a strong therapeutic relationship to provide optimal support for my clients to be successful with their counseling goals.

I use an integrative, holistic, and humanistic approach to assist with a range of mental health diagnoses, symptoms, and specialities. I focus on utilizing person-centered approaches to assist clients with improving self-worth, identifying goals/objectives, reducing negative symptoms, and improving overall functioning in life.

I provide face-to-face session in Lynchburg & Crozet, Virginia and Teletherapy sessions to residents of Virginia.
